GoNow Doctors urgent care walk-in clinic network is a rapidly growing public company, entering new markets to provide communities with convenient and affordable healthcare throughout the southeast. Each of the 10 centers offers a variety of medical services including urgent care, primary care, family practice, veterans’ care, and occupational medicine.
GoNow Doctors engaged AIS Media for digital strategy to help market their hyper-local services online. As part of the overarching digital strategy, AIS Media defined patient personas and created a comprehensive SEO and social media marketing program.
First, to ensure each clinic could be easily found when potential patients search online, we integrated Google and Apple maps into the new website. Additionally, we ensured each location was properly listed and optimized in local directories to drive geo-targeted traffic.
Next, we developed and executed an intense SEO program, based on competitor analysis and high-value keyword research.
Finally, when GoNow Doctors engaged AIS Media, it had no social media presence. Our social media marketing strategy therefore focused on both user acquisition and engagement. We used real stories and user-generated content. We also incorporated Boo Boo Bear, GoNow Doctors’ official mascot. Social media not only helped increase brand awareness and engagement among potential and existing patients, it also promoted word-of-mouth advertising and delivered a 2% increase in new patients to centers within just the first 60 days.
