Rocky Mountain had a PPC program that was bringing in nearly 80% of their site traffic, while organic search brought in less than 30% and direct traffic only 5-10%.

In order to manage their budget, they wanted to rank higher in organic search so they could lower prices in their PPC campaign. Being a local business with a brick-and-mortar store, they got plenty of word of mouth, leading to in-store foot traffic, but Atlanta isn’t known for being a ski community.   2. We identified the highest-value SEO keywords based on high search volume and highest PPC costs and optimized those brand pages first, choosing from more than 70 brands. Starting there gave them time to rank on page 1 before the shopping season started.
  3.
